Trinity Episcopal Church
a place for families and children to grow and learn
Children's Sunday School
Children’s Sunday School is held during the Sunday 10:30 a.m. service each week. The class welcomes children, age 4 through 5th grade. Children remain in the service until the processional hymn and watch for the director of Children's Ministries to walk down the center aisle. At that time children may join her and walk to the Children's Chapel located on the cloister. The class is led by two Safeguarding-trained adults. At the Peace, children are brought back to their families in time for Holy Communion. The kids enjoy a lesson, snack, and craft or activity.
Vacation Bible School
Trinity Episcopal Church will present Vacation Bible School in Eaton Hall and throughout our campus. Watch for registration information soon, and save the dates of July 11-15, 2022 for summer fun!
Our Nursery is staffed each Sunday by two trained adults, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. We welcome all children for the 8:00 a.m. service in the Nursery. For the 10:30 a.m. service, we welcome children up to three years old. Four and older attend Sunday School. Feel free to use the nursery for changing, feeding, or if you need a quiet space, even if you chose to not have your child in Nursery during the whole service. When you do bring your children you also have the option for the staff to bring your child to the Service in time for the Holy Communion, or have your child enjoy the Nursery for the whole service. Children are always welcome in our church services.
The youth in our church, 6th through 12th grade, gather throughout the year on Sunday evenings for worship, fellowship, and service.
Our youth are encouraged to serve as acolytes (assistant worship ministers) during our church services.
During the summer, our youth group goes on mission trips to serve areas stricken by disaster and as an opportunity to grow in their own faith. We also encourage our youth to attend summer camp at Camp Allen, a ministry of the Episcopal Diocese of Texas.
